About DataCert

DataCert - At a Glance DataCert, the leader in legal operations management solutions, was founded in 1998 by a group of e-invoicing pioneers. The company quickly graduated from a small technology start-up to a global presence with operations on multiple continents.

In less than a decade, DataCert secured some of the largest companies in the world as customers including AT&T, Barclays, DHL, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, Merck, Microsoft and UPS. Additionally, 99% of America's highest-grossing law firms are DataCert customers and thousands of law firms and vendors worldwide submit invoices electronically using the company's web-based service.

DataCert was originally established to move and standardise data such as electronic invoices over the Internet. Today, corporate counsel rely on the company's legal and intellectual property spend and matter management solutions to efficiently manage legal activities and provide transparency into outside counsel spend.
